This 2-day course helps you learn Scrum in depth, from theory to practice.
On the day one, we start from the Scrum foundation, including its history, self-managing as key element, and how empirical process control applies for complex projects. Then, we go over the Scrum framework in brief. Lack of transparency and how it leads to legacy software is the topic after that. We then introduce the concept - Definition of Done, and good engineering practices essential for getting Done. Gradually, we move to more practical topics about meetings in the Scrum framework, including their purposes and how to make them effective.
On the day two, in the morning, we talk about Product Owner, Product backlog and release planning done in the form of continuous backlog grooming. In the afternoon, we shall explore Scrum Master role and the team role in details, and clarify lots of misconceptions there. Scrum implementation happens in the context of Organization, which is the next topic. In the end of the course, we shall talk about the main scaling techniques for multiple-team environment and share trainer's experience in this area.
第二天：早上，我们会讲到Product Owner, Product backlog和渐进式的发布计划，下午，我们会具体探究Scrum Master的角色和团队的角色，并且澄清许多已有的误解。接下来的话题是Scrum的在组织环境下的执行实施。课程的最后，我们会谈到在多个团队的环境中扩展Scrum的要点，并且分享培训师本人在这个领域的经验。
All CSM courses are taught by Certified Scrum Trainers. Taking a CSM course, passing the CSM test, and accepting the license agreement designates you as a Certified ScrumMaster, which indicates that you have been introduced to and understand the basic concepts you need to perform as a ScrumMaster or team member on a Scrum team. This course also satisfies two elements of the CSD track: Scrum Introduction and Elective.
