  * Leading "Translation Fidelity" project, 2011.02 ~ 2012.02

    = This project requested to implement DGN v8 import/export in Revit and enhance the data fidelity of Revit's DWG export function in several fields.

    = Management - Worked as a lead of the dev team (4 team members). Cooperated with the PM, PD lead, and QA lead to determine the scope. Took responsibility for dev resource plan and task assignment. Did effort estimation and made milestone plans. During implementation, reported the status, controlled the quality of deliverables, dealt with late requirements and schedule adjustment.

    = Technique - Took responsibility for reviewing the software architecture design. Wrote C++ code for some sub-projects.

  * Led "DWG Fidelity" project, 2010.02 ~ 2011.02

    = This project requested to enhance the data fidelity of Revit's DWG export function in several fields.

    = Management - Worked as a lead of the dev team (4 members). Did the project management work as above project. Finally, completed this project with high quality and on time.

    = Technique - Took responsibility for software architecture design. Wrote C++ code for some sub-projects - "Mapping fonts, patterns and lines styles", "Layer Mapping", "Export UI rework", etc.

  * Led "Export DWG via Rendering Pipeline" project, 2007.02 ~ 2010.02

    = This project requested to re-implement the Revit's DWG export function based on rendering pipeline. It was a 3 years huge project.

    = Management - Worked as a lead of the dev team (4 members). Did the project management work as above project. Finally, completed this project with high quality and on time.

    = Technique - Took responsibility for software architecture design. Implemented the major parts and the most complex parts - such as block, link, layer, etc.
