Expedia APAC

March 2007 – May 2008

• Built and led a development team of 9 ( 6 dev + 3 QA ) building web services to power online travel business in Asia Pacific market, worked in US and China.
• Lunched www.expedia.co.jp on next generation Expedia web platform, with a result of 30% conversation rate grown. Through this project we also achieved ExpediaWeb codebase unicode compatible.
• Wear the hat of Scrum Master, and guide the team adapted Agile management approaches like Scrum, Kanban and XP.


Data Implementation Services, Expedia

April 2006 – March 2007

Built the Data Implementation Services team offshore for Expedia. Worked at Seattle closely with client to do quick fix work for the Data Warehouse as well as support of Data Warehouse users on Business Objects XI, Informatica and Microsoft SQL. This is the first attempt with Scrum methodology.
