I have been the Agile/Scrum coach for a program called EMEA, where the client was a Dutch based bank based out of Netherlands. This was a distributed Scrum team with teams across India (Bangalore & Chennai) and Amsterdam. As a coach I trained the Scrum teams on Agile and Scrum principles and practices. My job also involved mentoring Scrum Masters, and provided periodic training programs on Scrum concepts on making the teams more productive and efficient.
Recently, since Jun 28th, 2013 onwards, I was involved with another Business Unit of FIS (Fidelity) called Pre-Paid Cards providing consulting, coaching and training to more than 15 Scrum Teams. Special CSM curricullam training was proved to all the Project Managers over a period of 2 days. These PM were mentored and coached by me to be effective Scrum Masters. For the teams, I have coached them on the job on how to be effecient and improve productivity. With respect to the tools the teams were using Microsoft Team Foundation Server as the Scrum Tool. I have trained the teams on how to effectively use this tool. Later, I helped them start Kanban work-type request, which was also initiated through the Microsoft TFS tool. Traning the the PM's and the teams were give on Kanban and how to use to tools for Kanban work-types.

I am in the panel of Agile & Scrum trainers of Knowledgehut. I have so far delivered six two-days Agile/Scrum workshops for corporates in India. I have also conducted about 12 1-day Agile/Scrum public workshops in India and south-east Asia (Singapore) on behalf of KnowledgeHut. The feedback received was usually above 4 in a scale of 1 to 5.

Worked as a Project Manager / Scrum Master for a period of 9 months handling two Scrum Teams. During this period was involved in the successfull deployment of eight product releases. Was instrumental in training, coaching and mentoring these 2 scrum teams as well as other developement teams in the use and adoption on Scurm and Agile practices, having demonstrated all the necessary traits of a seasoned scrums master to remove impedements and facilitate the teams.

As a Agile consultant, provided Agile/Scrum consulting to Ripplerock clients in India. Was specifically involved with a client in Ahmedabad, India in helping them align their current waterfall processes to Scrum. This was done under the guidance of Jessee Fewell, who at that time was heading the India unit of Ripplerock. Also helped conduct Agile/Scrum training also with Jesse Fewell for a couple of client. Was also co-faculty for a session in a CSM class facilitated by Jessee Fewell.

Consulted clients of Wipro on implementing process improvement best practices such as PRINCE2, Agile, SCRUM, CMMI and ITIL. Helped implement Agile practices in a lending europian bank. Also helped in streamling an Agile Release Management process for an US based financial Institution (CapitalOne Auto Finance).
Worked in the capacity of Scrum Master and Agile consultant by managing Scrum teams in a US based Health care company called Cardinal Health based out of Dublin, Ohio. Have also trained the teams in Agile and Scrum framework.
