Biography

Teresa is a seasoned Program Delivery Manager with more than 10 years direct leadership experience across both Agile and traditional Waterfall methodologies. Directly managing on-shore and off-shore teams (between 10-25 team members), with project budgets between $100k and $2 million per year, Teresa has successfully delivered engagements across Financial, Life sciences, Utility, Insurance, Non-Profit and Technology domains. Specializing in complex software development projects, Teresa combines both Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile ScrumMaster (CSM) certifications, along with consistency and predictability, to establish a proven track record of successful customer engagements and program leadership. Teresa also brings an international flavour to her work, having lived and worked in the USA, and having now settled as a permanent resident of Australia.
