Biography

Santosh Vishwanathan is an accomplished Project Manager with over 20 years of IT industry experience and has lead projects through all phases of the lifecycle such as traditional waterfall, Iterative and Agile-Scrum; and in accordance with the ITIL V3, CMMI. He is an expert Scrum Master who has managed Agile-Scrum projects in a CMMI Level-3 environment. On the DISA – Electromagnetic Spectrum Engineering Services project as a Process Improvement Consultant he:

  • Implemented a CMMI based process improvement in preparation for CMMI level-3 appraisal
  • Defined CMMI maturity level 3 compliant processes, including process maps and process descriptions, procedures, and checklists for all CMMI Maturity Level 3 process areas
