Luxoft, Agile/Lean coach
January 2012 - Present, Kyiv, Ukraine
As an coach I work with development teams company-wide to help them adopt Agile/Lean principles and Scrum/XP/Kanban practices.
Coaching helps teams to make software delivery process more clear to stakeholders, boost performance, build quality into development, focus on business priorities and shorten time-to-market cycle.
Typical engagement consists of Agile transformation goals elaboration with project management and customers, practices assessment and preparation of team development plan, trainings and focused facilitation of team activities.
I also actively participate in presale and marketing activities, promoting Luxoft as an Agile software vendor being able not only to setup small teams but also scale engagements using blend of distributed Scrum, XP and other Agile/Lean processes.
Remark for CSP certification - this is a full-time job but my "net" time inside development projects (trainings, teams coaching activities and process consulting) during 2012 could be estimated at approx. 700 hours.
Luxoft, business analyst
March 2010 - December 2011, Kyiv, Ukraine
I worked as a member of cross-functional team responsible for particular feature stream in a large-scale distributed Scrum project. My primary role was to analyze business requests from product owner, split them into user stories, facilitate story grooming sessions with team members and subject matter experts, organize acceptance testing (including integration with 3rd parties) and prepare regular demo sessions for product owner and business sponsors.
Remark for CSP certification - that was a full-time job (40-hour work weeks).
