I’m Sudha Maloo and I see software development from a human perspective. I strive for honest and passion-driven emergent design. I believe in looking people in the eye while making development choices rather than reading e-mails. I strive to build teams that are self organizing, transparent, accountable and that take pride in accomplishments.
I have a decade long experience in Software and hardware industry. I have been in different roles as Analyst, Release Manager, Project Manager and Scrum Master. In my present role as a Scrum Master, I’m heading 3 teams of ambitious engineers who build smart, searchable advertising and expert online solutions.
I was exposed to Agile concepts several years ago and since then I have been enthralled by the wayit works and it can improve the productivity. Since 2009, I have been working on different projects coaching and guiding software teams and management with Agile transition and adaptation.
