Since 2008 he has led multiple agile projects to deliver product and consulting service to clients. In earlier projects he acted as Scrum master and has been performed Scrum activities in daily work (Scrum planning, Sprint planning, stand up meeting, Demo, retrospective etc). He trained and coached his team member to bring them up to the scrum spirit and practice. He and his team delivered data warehouse, ETL and BI reports inventory sprints by sprints.
And in recent projects he played scrum coach role in the teams: Organizing Scrum events inside team; Coaching the new members who are not familiar with agile practice in BI area; Shared his Agile/Scrum best practice to senior management team and client team. He published blogs of Agile team motivation, how to leverage JIRA tool to make team more effective over Perficient site. His current focus is on BI domain solution architecture and a passionate agile practitioner in BI projects.

He participated the large scale Siebel CRM integration project for Telecom Company and worked in multiple teams. He led 2-persons small team in delivering data migration and cut-off strategy and implementation. He also had half year assignments in Australia for a local telecom company as a data migration consultant.

He worked as system requirement analyst and then as primary Java developer in designing and developing an official document approval system for government. He acted as project manager in a small onsite project (5 persons) for 8 month and got the system live as planned.
