Sudeep Chandran who is a Certified Scrum Professional has more than 11 years of work experience in the automotive domain. He is well versed in Scrum and has more than 5 years of experience, practicing and coaching other teams, the Scrum process.
Sudeep started his career as a software developer with Siemens Information Systems Ltd. in July 2002, after obtaining a degree in Electronics & Communication engineering. He performed the roles of software developer, team leader, UI designer and customer interface for the Digital Tachograph project. He has experience working with multi-cultural teams from India, Germany, Romania, Poland and China. In August 2008, he was introduced to the Scrum process. After experiencing the benefits provided by Scrum compared to the traditional ways of software developments, he decided to further study the process and help teach others, the benefits of Scrum and implement it in their projects.
Sudeep was instrumental in implementing Scrum in various projects in the organization and continues to mentor people in the ways of Scrum. His strengths include good people management skills, customer management, exposure to multi-cultural development environment and ability to deliver high quality work products.
