I have been actively using agile principles and practices for the past 10 years, becoming a CSM in March 2008. My recent areas of focus include large-scale, distributed agile teams. Most of the teams I coach are spread across multiple time zones with team sizes up to 50 people. On many teams I begin as the ScrumMaster. Then I mentor another team member to act as a ScrumMaster while I focus on montoring team health. I also use numerous kinds of technology and techniques to enable the distributed teams to effectively communicate and collaborate in order to ensure successful product delivery.
