Biography

Project specialist and information systems management mainly in web applications, e-learning, web content and web mobile. With more than 15 years of experience in pattern development with users, usability, research and development of new technologies. Also has knowledge in ITIL, Project Management (PMI) and BPM Notation. Acts as project manager for Minas Gerais Government.

Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Engeenering by Minas Gerais Federal University – UFMG, Estrategic Information Management specialization by Information Science - UFMG. PMP (Project Manager Professional) - certified by PMI (Project Managemente Institute). ITIL (Information Technology Infra-Structure Library) Foudation Certified. CSM (Certified Scrum Master).

OGE-MG - Public Services Support and Evaluation of Minas Gerais: ITC Director and Project Manager.

SEPLAG-MG - Minas Gerais Planning Secretariat: ITC Project Manager for Plug Minas Project and Liberdade's Cultural Complex.

SECTES - Minas Gerais Science and Technology Secretariat: ITC Manager of Data Base Social Departamment.

TCEMG - Account Court of Minas Gerais: Consultant and manager of the ITC project. Planned and developed for TCEMG ITC Strategic Planning.

TJMG – Justice Court of Minas Gerais: Consultant and manager of the ITC project. Projected and developed the Justice Electronic Diary (more then 1 million page views/day), Hermes Electronic Document and Eletronic Justice Dispatch.
