Ronald J. Norman is an internationally known speaker, author, educator and researcher. He has written over a million lines of code and built hundreds of applications for dozens of global enterprises. He has published over three dozen software engineering articles and has authored two object-oriented software engineering books (one co-authored with Dr. Georges Merx). He is currently a Professor at Grossmont College in the San Diego, California USA area. He also holds adjunct professorships at the University of Maryland University College and National University, and is an Emeritus Professor at San Diego State University. He has held technical leadership, mentoring, and consulting positions with Borland Software, TogetherSoft, Ivis Technologies, and Data Based Decisions, Inc. Norman holds B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees - all related to the software industry - and is also a Certified Computer Professional (CCP) and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
