Robert Newsom

I am a Software Development Executive with CEO and Board level experience and an extensive background in software development, strategic portfolio and product planning, and international multi-site management.

My proven track record of building and maintaining successful software development teams through several corporate acquisitions and delivering on time and on budget projects illustrate my versatility, leadership, and people management skills. I’ve successfully architected, designed, implemented, and deployed successful software products ranging from low-level device drivers to high-level web solutions. Over the last ten years the products I have developed have produced in excess of 300 million dollars in revenue for Oce from a team averaging in size of 30. I have successfully designed, built, relocated, and maintained a global web solution for over ten years whilst consistently maintaining 99.99% uptime performance. Having created and managed 7 million dollar expense budgets, I exhibit strong budget development and management skills.

The foundation of my success has been built on my development of positive and creative environments that provide team members ownership and responsibility in projects.
