Raj Mudhar graduated with Highest Honours in Computer Science (2000) from Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada. Raj is currently the Chief Agilist in the Wireless DIvision of Alcatel-Lucent, facilitating the transformation of a 9000 person organization . He splits his time between Ottawa, Paris, and other major sites in the US, Europe, and Asia. Raj maintains a blog on Agile transformation topics geared to large, multi-national companies that develop high-reliability, regulated products for large customers. He plays guitar, drums and violin, and spent 11 years as a music teacher before changing careers.
