This project is an ERP Backbone Project for the critical financial applications. The project was divided into different scrum teams to oversee the development and implementation in various zones. The project is coordinated by the global project team with each scrum teams contributing at the zonal level. The project has an onsite / offshore model. Agile principles and Scrum were extensively used in successfully delivering this challenging project, in which I contributed as a scrum master to ensure that all agile principles were followed meticulously.

HRMS Implementation - Agile and Scrum was extensively used in this project. The project was to implement Human Resources Management System for Michelin India. The various modules of the system are HR Foundation, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Talent (Training) Management, Lifecycle Management, Workforce Administration. • Sprint length of 4 weeks with 7 member team • Each module is broken down to 2 sprints • Facilitated discussion with product owner on the Identification of road map for the project. • Ensuring that the scrum principles is applied throughout the project • Facilitating sprint planning meeting with the product owner and the team. • Daily meetings with team members with a response to 3 questions from each member • Close involvement with collocated teams • Coordinating with stakeholders on resolving road blocks for the team to carry out the task. • Planning and Review meetings were held every month to discuss the planning for the following month • Training on agile methodologies to new members • Retrospective at the end of each sprint • Lessons learned from the previous sprint was used to improve the process in later sprints
