Ralf Kruse has worked in the branch of Software development since 1999, mainly in the financial and insurance business. Ralf’s roles have included work as a Developer, Consultant and Trainer for XP practices. As Project Leader he has proven to be a coach and guide for his teams. He worked in traditional development approaches as well as in companies with no predefined approach to software development.
Over the last years he worked with agile methods primarily in ‘extreme programming’. His practical experience in the section of extreme programming include best practices such as pair programming, re-factoring, test automation and continuous integration with the focus on improving the software quality.
Since 2010 he has been a consultant, trainer and a coach for agile42. He was part of a international coaching team which was transforming a huge telecommunication provider to an agile way of working.
Ralf combines practical software development experiences with agile project management methods like Scrum. These skills make him an excellent contact person for training and coaching in this field.
