Biography

Experienced Web Professional - Agile since 1998. Even though back then we did not call it Scrum, the processes and practices we used were certainly Agile, and are similar to the ones that are common practice today. I'm a Certified Scrum Product Owner with a detailed understanding of requirements engineering. Extensive experience in expressing, breaking down, prioritizing and communicating Themes, Epics, Features and User Stories. I'm a Certified Scrum Master with broad experience in managing multidisciplinary teams: concept developers, interaction designers, graphic designers, frontend and backend developers, search engine marketing specialists and web editors. Customers are enthusiastic about Scrum, because of its inherent transparency and, put simply, because Scrum delivers value for money. I use these practices separately or alongside project management methods like Prince2.
