Biography

Mr. Hughan is a project management professional with over eleven years experience managing diverse infrastructure integration projects. An expert at working with high-availability, real-time networks, Mr. Hughan has particular expertise in the deployment for integration into existing and new operational support organizations

 

Professional experience

Since 2005 Ronnie has conducted eighteen 2 day PM courses (proprietary Orange Business Services PM methodology) with classes of up to fifteen students at a time.

Part of a team charged with designing and implementing the new process used to resell equipment and associated services.  This business process re-engineering program involved managing teams based in all operating regions.

Deployed WAN, LAN, WLAN, IPT and value added IPT applications.

Led the migration of over 12,000 Lotus Notes and Netscape users to Outlook.

Mentored seven PM’s to get their PMP qualification

Led the migration of local voice service for more than three hundred nationwide agencies of a prominent financial services client, furnishing liaison with several third-party vendors to maintain schedule and budget without service disruption, and helping to produce more than 20% savings for the client.

Served as part of a team charged with maintaining full availability service on a national wireless multimedia messaging service network of thirty-three UNIX servers linked to seven other types of networks, and provided liaison with the networks’ operations and customer service staff for troubleshooting, software upgrades, and expansion and migration of hardware.

Served as project manager for a wireless messaging business to supervise the deployment of fourteen messaging systems in different types of mobile networks internationally; producing greater functionality to millions of subscribers.

Managed the upgrade of a messaging system on an entire national network to accomplish Y2K compliance.
