Biography

Robert is an experienced and goal oriented IT leader with proven experience in software delivery, particularly leveraging Agile methodologies and practices. Robert has coached and educated the concepts and benefits of Agile delivery to all levels of organizations from teams and individuals to CIO's and is very focused on maturing teams to a level where they are not only successfully delivering high quality solutions to thier customers but are doing so in a repeatable, highly visible, highly measurable and efficient manner.

Robert prides himself on being a practical leader in the Agile space, leveraging his experience with multiple teams and programs and not "teaching by the book". To successfully accomplish this, Robert leverages his background as a developer, engineer, architect, and delivery manager to effectively speak to all roles within an organization as well as understand what they need and want to be able to effectively do their job.
