Robert Cass has been working with Agile/Scrum since 2005
Since joining CA Technologies in 2008, he has raised awareness by using Scrum to implement high profile, global projects. CA Technologies is now adopting Scrum as a Global standard for product development.
Since October, 2010, Rob worked as the Global Agile Lead for TDG, focused enabling Scrum throughout TDG's 4,000 member organization. This included guiding software development teams thorugh the implementation of Scrum and Agile to achieve corporate development goals, coordinating training with CSTs and enabling certification for ScrumMasters and Product Owners, developing and delivering Team and Product Owner training, as well as leading the design and development eLearning as a stop gap for geographically dispersed teams (ongoing) with internal teams and industry experts. This included identifying priorities, customer profiling and validation, and execution and delivery.
Rob is also a frequent presenter to professional organizations, including the PMI, on Agile.

July 2009 to June 2010 - ScrumMaster/Agile Project Manager. Guided a team of 8 through the various challenges of delivering Technical Learning Solutions (eLearning), Marketing Deliverables and Enablement activities using Scrum and Agile. Specific challenges includes coordination of cross-functional dependancies and external communication to technical teams and constiutuents.
