Neal has directed projects ranging from computer network and system rollouts for the University of California, to database development for JHACO (human capital) auditing at Kaiser Permanente, to auditing infrastructure for Sarbanes Oxley at Pacific, Gas and Electric Corporation. Neal uses identification, purpose and execution to successfully lead teams, developing change management, individual ownership, and IT alignment with business strategic objectives. In addition, he has employed Six Sigma, ITIL, COBIT, Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, and Business Process Management frameworks and methodologies in his work. As Membership Director of PMI’s San Francisco chapter, Neal utilizes project management, business process improvement, data analysis and metrics to help align the San Francisco Bay Area chapter’s strategic objectives with serving membership needs. In addition to being a Certified ScrumMaster, Neal has a B.A. in Economics, and plans to obtain his PMP in the Fall. He is also a member of MS Project Users Group, the Scrum Alliance, Bay Area Agile Project Leadership Network, and BPM Institute.
