Biography

Nicole Rogers has over a decade of experience providing consulting and project management services to clients ranging from small-to-medium enterprises to Fortune 500 companies.  Her industry background spans both the private and public sectors.  Nicole has worked for: Pacific Gas & Electric, Arizona Public Service, Pinnacle West Capital Corporation, The Williams Companies, Accenture, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Allied Waste, Phelps Dodge, State of Alaska, Municipality of Anchorage as well as MOL Hungarian Oil and Gas Company.  

A sampling of Nicole Rogers' projects include:

1) Integrated Strategic Plan for Finance and Accounting, Human Resource Services, and Supply Chain Management,

2) ERP Evaluation and Selection,

3) PeopleSoft Financials/HCM/Supply Chain and PowerPlant system implementations,

4) Enterprise Vault deployment across email and file share directories,

5) SAP Financials/HCM/Logistics implementation.

Through these projects, Nicole has worked with all functional areas and lines of business reporting to CFOs and CIOs. 

Nicole Rogers is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).  She has a Master of International Management (MIM) from Thunderbird, Garvin School of International Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Houston.  She has lived and worked in Hungary with language skills in French, Italian and Spanish.

Serving as the project manager for the SAP system implementation at the Municipality of Anchorage with a project budget of $12 million and 70 team members. Managed a $3 million project for the State of Alaska Department of Labor implementing grant management, case management, and financial management systems.
