Biography

The beginnings of my professional career dates back to 2004, when I founded my first company - internet shop with flowers bulbs and seeds. I did not know that these two "worlds" - gardening and IT are such an interesting complement. Around mid 2011 I became aware of this and hence the "Agile Software Gardener."

The first part of “ASG” I train since the beginning of 2009 - when I first read the Agile Manifesto, when i look back at that time, I realize I did not understand much of it - but I tried to implement agile practices in a real project. In December 2009, thanks to the Cetrified Scrum Master training  (Trainer Boris Gloger), I learned about how many mistakes that I made then. I spent next months trying to implement Agile in web development teams.

The training coincided with my interest in mobile technologies. In short, it looks like my history of "Agile Software". In the first half of 2011 I created my professional mission - delivering working software. In my opinion, one short word "delivering" hides anything important in the IT industry, particularly in industries where there is a great competition, and the environment is dynamic.

Agile Methodology directs people associated with software development on track, organizes the process for all mambers of the project. Therefore, I am "agile softwate" and why gardener?

Software development at first glance, have much in common with the construction engineering - one has to plan everything ahead, select the proper development team and than verify compliance with the project, and ensure quality. But for me, the whole is more like gardening.

For almost three years I tried to teach the idea of Agile everywhere - in both team members, helping them as well as in customers. In all the projects in which I participated, I gained diversified experience.

As one of the objectives of Agile is to constantly improve, I'm up to date with the latest information about Agile, discussing with friends from around the world on the development of methodologies for management, deepen my knowledge at conferences and workshops.
