Biography

Martin Talbott, having led numerous large, complex technical projects throughout my career as a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Scrum Master, and Project Management Professional my abilities at accurate planning and scheduling for global delivery has established me as a leader in strategy and execution. My roles in the past ranged from ScrumMaster, Six Sigma Black Belt, Master Planner / Scheduler, Senior Program Manager, and Project Manager. A sample of my highlights while serving in the above and additional positions includes: 

Senior Program Manager for web based education group delivering K through Higher Ed education courseware online.

Served as the project coordinator driving the complete redesign of new master plan and schedule for a large $200M dollar Nuclear Reactor project for Babcock and Wilcox

 Drove the planning and coordination of large, multiple year capital projects in excess of $100M for Shiel Sexton Company.

 Drove the planning and coordination of large, multiple year capital projects in excess of $100M for Shiel Sexton Company.

 Established an extremely complex schedule for the new $130M Regional Performing Arts Center in the Greater Indianapolis Metropolitan Area.

 Served as a Senior Project Manager at Eli Lilly and Company for the construction of a 400K sq ft Bio Product Research Facility, costing $500M+ for Brillig Systems Inc. Completed the entire project on time and $10M under budget.

Integrated the cGMP and NON GMP building commissioning activities with a standardized process that included the cGMP FDA commissioning occupancy requirements for the Pharmaceutical BIO Product Research building.

 Established Columbia House Record’s Project Management Office (PMO), including the development and documentation of the project management process and supporting procedures.
