Promoted to this position, experience allowed Max to quickly introduce new processes improving both the precision and accuracy of figures produced by the team he managed, as well as quickly offering ad-hoc special focus information to support business units.

Other projects ranged from enhancements to site-wide transformations requiring control from the concept stage, through to releasing into production. Typically, Max managed development, testing, and other teams and oversaw Business Analysts. He additionally managed Trip Network’s defect remediation strategy and execution for a period to ensure site stability and revenue generation was not compromised.
