She has been leading project teams using agile methods since 2004, and has successfully coached agile project teams on Federal/State/Local government projects, and in private sector industry including healthcare and commercial banking/financial. In addition to Scrum Alliance certifications, Ms. Russo holds PMI credentials: Project Management Professional (PMP) and PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), as well as the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Program Consultant and trainer (SPC) designation.
