I began as an assistant professor of applied linguistics and ESL. I wrote a textbook on writing with computers (back in the day). Then I moved to computational linguistics and developing an ESL grammar checker. I moved on to project management and have been involved with software/IT project and portfolio management since then. I also am heavily involved with theater production as a director, actor, and reviewer for EMACT and the Massachusetts Educational Theater Guild (METG).
