Mark Notess is a technology manager and consultant specializing in project and product management, user experience, and online learning. I help technology-based products meet user needs, spoken or unspoken. I hold a Ph.D. in educational technology, and masters degrees in both education and computer science.
I serve on the advisory boards of ACM's eLearn Magazine and an an associate editor for the new journal, Future Learning, published by Baltzer Science Publishers. I offer consulting to both higher education and industry on an occasional basis.
