Biography

I am a strong advocate of Scrum, Lean thinking and different Agile principles to enable teams and organizations to make innovative and more complete software solutions. Worked with Scrum teams both local and in different global setup since 2006 and with Agile principles and practices since 2001. Have lead the implementation of Scrum in 3 different organizations. Doing training, workshops and talks in Scrum, Agile, Lean in Denmark and at different international conferences. Also working as FTE Agile Coach at ScanJour.dk.
