Mark Culmer

An experienced Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master / Lean Practitioner with a proven track record of success in the Commercial, Regulatory, Public Sector and Outsourcing environments on DWH/BI (Campaign & Data Analytics), EDMS, ECM, application development (Flex, Java, WX2, Oracle, .Net), migrations, e-commerce, BPR, Change Management and Transformation projects.

Within this project is the development of a campaign product tool.
