Started as a developer on my first agile project on June 18, 2011. I learned Scrum on the job, along with the rest of the team, and eventually decided to go into agile project management. I obtained my CAPM certification in August 2011 and signed up for the soonest CSM training. I will have completed 2000 hours on this Scrum project as of June 21, 2012.

From June 18, 2011 to present I have been the UI developer on the Huntington Risk Rating project, a project to develop an intranet application for Huntington National Bank that rates the riskiness of their current portfolio of loans and of prospective loans. The project is managed as a Scrum project and this practice has been maturing as we gain experience using Scrum.
