Biography

Mariusz Chrapko is an agile coach, trainer and consultant, who has a broad experience in administering all aspects of project management, as well as providing authentic leadership to create effective teams. He has helped numerous organizations in a variety of business areas to improve their software engineering processes. He has also specialized in CMMI, software metrics and code review process. He wrote two books: CMMI - Software Process Improvement in Organization and Agile Project Management with Scrum (in print).

Mariusz is skilled at helping teams and executives through initial change to the Scrum process and at assisting large scale enterprise adoption through gap analysis, strategic planning, and executive coaching.

He has developed and published numerous articles and research papers on software engineering. At the moment he is working as an Agile Coach and Scrum Trainer at Kugler Maag CIE.
