Mike Started Caspar Computer Services Inc., 1984, focusing on custom solution development for the transportation industry. As an experienced Project Manager and entrepreneur, Mike has been involved in high tech projects from one person shows to multi-national companies with offices in over 100 cities.   With a solid background in Web Based, Cloud Based, and Internet based technologies, Mike is an experienced developer, mentor, and coach with an emphasis on quality and teamwork with an iterative approach to deliver projects.
