Lynette Zanotti, co-founder and Managing Director, is responsible for all technical due diligence for 2012 Partners, LLC and works directly with each portfolio company in addition to all daily operations. She is a seasoned Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 20 years experience in new product development, project management and design engineering in addition to being a Certified SCRUM Master (CSM) in the facilitation of agile software development.
Her experience spans nuclear component design at Westinghouse, automation and robotics at McKesson Automation, fluorescence microscopy and bioinformatics at Cellomics, speech recognition technology and WiFi at Vocollect and motion simulation for various government agencies.
Lynette has strong ties within the Pittsburgh technical community and has access to draw on very knowledgeable resources within the University of Pittsburgh and Carnegie Mellon University.
Lynette has BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University and a MS in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. Lynette continued her education by attending classes at CMU for MS Software Engineering and also stays up to date on all the latest cutting edge technology by attending misc graduate courses at both CMU and Pitt.
