Lynne VanArsdale serves as Director of Marketing and Product Management for Rolta TUSC Software Center of Excellence where she facilitates teams to innovate products that bring value to the marketplace.
Lynne’s experience ranges from systems engineering, to software engineering to product marketing and management. She completed black belt training in transactional six sigma methodology, which she applies to innovation and new product development processes. She holds Project Management Professional Certification from the Project Management Institute (www.pmi.org). She has achieved New Product Development Professional certification from the Product Development and Management Association (www.pdma.org), as well as Pragmatic Marketing certification (www.pragmaticmarketing.com). VanArsdale served two terms as a member of the Storage Networking Industry Association (SNIA) Board of Directors, two years as a member of the Rocky Mountain PDMA Board of Directors and as the VP of Special Programs for the Pikes Peak Regional Chapter of the Project Management Institute.
Prior to joining Rolta TUSC, Lynne was Senior Director of Market Development for a 100-person business unit at Seagate, as well as Senior Manager of Market Development for the Enterprise Storage Business Unit. Lynne served as the Enterprise Product Line Manager for Quantum Corporation’s Storage Solutions Group. Before Quantum, she was a product development manager for BMC Corporation. Lynne also served as a product manager for EMC Corporation.
Lynne holds an MBA from the University of Houston, a Master of Science in Agricultural Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Cornell University.
