MISSION DESCRIPTION Technical Coordinator, Agile Coach and Product Owner within the Technical Direction/ Consulting Department of the Pentalog. PI Consulting Department : Management of service process and products output within department activities. Organize and manage the entire process from input to output with the involvement of required technical specialists upon particular domain of expertise – involvement around 30-50 specialists. Working with Delivery Service Managers. PI services management within the required expertise: audit (functional, technical), research and development, technical diagnostic, solution proposal, pre-sales activities; PI service backlog realization, multi-reqeust and multitasking proceeding. Client /Customer service : complete Solution and Commercial offer for the client upon the needs and expectations. Provide consultancy on product vision, functional implementation upon final User prospective Client /Request Owner communication: “elicit” phase, needs understanding, proposal and solution suggestions for the desired project Complete functional requirements, Backlog, Acceptance criteria, priorities of User story, business value Work with technical experts on identification the solution and efforts estimation. Complete technical description for solution, functional perimeter, overall estimation of project, project budget, project implementation planning, release planning, timeline, resource involvement, identified the required competence level for the involved resources, complete requirements, constraints, risk points. Complete commercial proposal and presentation of solution, budget and project organizational approach; Working with Business Liner and Pre-Sales Department. Start up the project with the team (launching phase, Sprint 0): product presentation, proceed precision and refinement, planning meeting, working order list identification, project planning agreement with the team, tasks distribution upon the Backlog. Close working with Agile project teams, SCRUM Masters, Team Leaders. Project assistance and consultancy: Functional revision, acceptance criteria review, acceptance and functional testing – complete proposal and suggestions upon product quality and compliance with requirements; Project AGILE (SCRUM) organizational Audit, process Audit upon project implementation : analyze team capacity, process efficiency, identified noncompliance and risk points, provide recommendations and consultancy of improvement, required steps of optimization to be undertaken;
