Leo Estes, CSM, works with the Clarity Application Management team at Capital One in Richmond, VA. He has been working with software development projects since the mid- 1990's, but started his project management career developing learning curriculums in the healthcare equipment sales and service industry. Leo hopes to continue his involvement with Scrum practices and the Scrum Alliance, with a goal of achieving CST credentials, so that he can assist others in their learnings about how to best utilize Scrum in their workplace.

Leo started with CTP as a Project Manager in the PeopleSoft HR implementation arena. He worked for clients such as the New England Power and Light, Johnson and Johnson, and Wendys International. He spent the last 6 months at CTP working as a project troubleshooter with the CTP Professional Practices team. His role was to work with the PM on a troubled account and provide analysis for what needed to be done to resolve the presenting issues and return the effort to an acceptable outcome. His major client for this effort was AT&T, working on a web-based time and attendance implementation.
