Work experience

CoreLogic, Sr. IT Project Manager
July 2008 - Present, Rancho Cordova, CA, United States
2008- Present CoreLogic CoreLogic is a data company that specializes in mortgage analytics and fraud detection. I have held the position of Scrum Master simultaneously for multiple teams. Two of those teams included the two major platforms that CoreLogic uses to dispense products to large scale lenders. The scrum teams work consist of building new products (i.e.: FraudManager report), and/or adding custom reports or specialized features for companies such as Wells Fargo and SunTrust; as well as developing and enhancing our security to our platforms. CSM Client Integration team from 7/2008 until approximately 2/2010. Custom client Integrations for various reports. Team released new software approximately every 6 weeks CSM AVMSelect Platform and Security team from 9/2008- 6/2010 Platform security enhancements for AVMSelect Platform involving multiple teams. This was a large phased project that included approximately 6 releases. CSM Vector Platform from 6/2009- 5/2010 Delivery platform for many of First American CoreLogic’s products. During the time that I was Scrum Master on this project we averaged quarterly deployments of new enhancements. CSM Batch team/Vector Portfolios from 6/2009- 5/2010 Batch platforms for Portfolio management and large businesses to run multiple requests simultaneously. Team averaged quarterly releases of platform and product enhancements. CSM FraudManager team from 6/2010-present CoreLogic’s largest generating fraud detection report team. This team completed implementation of combining two merged companies’ products into one report. The team also handles numerous old legacy products with data that now feeds into the company’s flagship report that generates over 5.5 million a year in revenue from most of the larger lending agencies. The team has continual releases with product enhancements ranging from bi-monthly to quarterly releases.
