My name is Larry Apke and I have over six years of Agile experience, mostly as a Scrum Master. I have worked with seven different companies, dozens of teams and hundreds of team members helping transition them from a phased-gate development approach to a more agile methodology. During this time I have held many different titles - Director of Software Development, Project Manager, but all of my experience has been with Agile.
I have a passion for learning, applying Agile and helping others. That's why I have been very active in the Phoenix Scrum Users Group, attending nearly every meeting, both North (where I am a steering committee member) and South and frequently presenting to the group.
With my current work in San Antonio I hope to bring that passion to a new city during my year-long contract. I have already given some presentations at Geekdom and have helped create a San Antonio Agile Coffee Meetup Group.
I am currently on contract as an Agile Coach in San Antonio, Texas.
