The solution allows for the identification of outstanding accounts receivable and categorizes accounts by insurance carrier creating a pipeline management tool by integrating internal billing, claims clearing house, and insurance carrier data. Sr Manager of Enterprise Architectural Services (2008 – 2011) Selected Accomplishments • Served as manager of PMO for the evaluation, selection, construction and implementation of the TotalView Sales Order Processing custom solution for cash sales that decreased maintenance costs by eliminating Microsoft Commerce Server and a disparate custom application (CashWeb). The solution added another critical element to the “TotalView” of the customer record. • Served as project manager for the evaluation, selection, construction and implementation of the MobileView warehouse management custom solution that decreased maintenance costs by eliminating Savant Warehouse Management system. • Served as project manager for the evaluation, selection, construction and implementation of the TotalView Fulfillment custom solution that decreased maintenance costs by eliminating a legacy disparate custom application. The solution added another critical element to the “TotalView” of the customer record. • Served as project manager for the evaluation, selection, construction and implementation of a new reporting environment that provided the business with a reporting solution that guaranteed a service level that would perform through month-end close. • Served as product owner for the evaluation, selection, and implementation of Rackspace Managed Hosting Services for corporate internet site that reduced page load times by over 50%.
