Kris Philippaerts is a communicative and team oriented agilist who likes to get things done in a pragmatical way.
He started his career as a Java developer and immediately participated in an eXtreme Programming team which evolved to a Scrum team. And as you know, once you go Scrum, you never return. ;-)
Since then, Kris participated in many different Scrum teams, as a team member, a ScrumMaster or a Product Owner.
The last 5 to 6 years, Kris put his focus to Agile coaching for IT teams and business departments. Kris guided different big and mid-sized organizations in their Agile transition. He assists them with the step-by-step implementation of Scrum and other Agile methods and helps them to work closer, better and more efficiently together.
Next to his coaching activities, Kris often facilitates trainings, and regularily speaks at evening- and conference sessions about agile topics.
