Konstantin's leadership experience of 14+ years spans 3 sectors: military, corporate, and small business. He has successfully completed a tour of duty in the United States Marine Corps where he led junior Marines and truly learned the value of Team Work. In the corporate world, he has successfully progressed through the ranks and developed a large network of respected colleagues, while gaining experience in formal people management and in achieving goals without formal authority over the stakeholders.
