Biography

Kumar is an accomplished Agile Transformation coach with the Santeon Group.  He provides leadership in helping enterprise level clients adopt the use of both lean and agile methods, techniques, and best practices. Kumar has led numerous agile product development teams to high performance and successfully coached Fortune 100 clients in their transition to Agile.  He applies a deep understanding of Agile and Organizational Change Management to effectively and pragmatically help clients on their road to agility and efficiency.  He has over 17 years of application development, project, program, and release management experience leading large, complex, mission-critical IT projects in  both federal and commercial sectors.
