¿ Extensive experience in developing, executing and maintaining test strategy, test plans, test schedule, test scenarios, test cases, and creating a traceability matrix based on business requirements
¿ Experience in Automated and manual testing of web-based, client-server and mainframe applications
¿ Expertise in Quality Center Administration and Site Administration
¿ Experience in identifying inadequate testing process procedures and proactively introducing new process and procedures. Exposure to CMMI implementation for large organization
¿ Expertise and experience with defect management, build management, project management, and test metrics collection
¿ Strong understanding of different software development life cycles such as waterfall, iterative (Agile/Scrum)
¿ In-depth knowledge of a wide range of banking and Insurance products with proven skills in transforming business requirements into functional test cases
¿ Experience of playing Scrum Master role for two large program
¿ Experience working with test teams, development teams and senior-level management to escalate issues as needed. Assists in reviewing software development deliverables such as Project Plans, Development Iteration Plans, Requirements, Use Cases and Integration Test Results for thoroughness and detail, as well as to develop project estimations and resource plans.
¿ Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills with the ability to analyze business practices and define and document optimal procedures or practices.
