Life Cycle Model (LCM) Project Manager and Principal Consultant for the Federal Bureau of Investigation's (FBI's) IT projects. Responsible for developing, adapting, and implementing LCM frameworks at the enterprise level.

  • Currently adding Agile Project Management with Scrum to the LCM, and working with the Technical Assessment Team to harmonize Agile with the other two methodologies the FBI currently uses: Waterfall and Unified Process. This will provide Project Managers and their teams three unique methodologies to choose from, based on project size, complexity, and requirements.

  • Also responsible for developing a transition plan and training materials to support the new LCM and presenting briefings and training the customer and staff as needed.
