Mr. Worlin is a SOGETI Director with more than twenty five years of experience in diverse areas of private and public commerce, including over twenty years within the financial industry. Mr. Worlin is also a PMP (Project Management Professional), with much of the past ten years dedicated to managing project of all complexities. His professional management background includes various leadership roles in retail banking, commercial and retail lending, loan operations, check processing, and other back room operations. Mr. Worlin’s consulting roles include leading multi-billion dollar bank consolidations, branch acquisitions/divestitures, system conversions, check vendor conversions, organizational and operational workflow re-engineering efforts, technology and operational assessments, corporate technology planning, business continuity planning, and quality assurance initiatives. Mr. Worlin’s area of expertise is successful implementation of complex cross functional projects within challenging political environments, developing and executing strategic plans to leverage organizational, operational, and technology opportunities, and defining user and system requirements essential to successfully implement of improved workflows and for leveraging new technologies. Mr. Worlin has successfully led and managed numerous large, complex programs/projects that have added immense value to his clients. He has led full software development life cycle (SDLC) projects from conception, through estimation, creation of the business case and statements of work, gathering requirements, design, construction, testing, rollout, and post implementation support. Mr. Worlin has a successful track record of removing road blocks and delivering aggressive projects on time and within budget. Mr. Worlin is an excellent people manager with strong communication and consensus building skills, and has had great success in developing and leading diverse teams to common goals under adverse conditions. In addition, Mr. Worlin has experience with developing systems utilizing offshore development and testing resources.
