Joe Vallone is an Agile Coach with over 10 years of Agile experience. Joe is also the CTO and lead trainer of Agile Business Connect LLC. Joe is an effective leader and has over 20 years of software development and management experience. Prior to joining Agile Business Connect LLC, Joe served as an Agile Coach at AT&T, American Airlines, and Nokia. Joe worked with the PMO to transition the compaines from Water Fall to Scrum and Kanban Processes. Prior to that Joe was the VP of Engineering/Agile Coach for Telogical Systems, and was responsible for managing all aspects of the Telogical’s busienss intelligence gathering and delivery infrastructure. Joe served as Program Manager and Scrum Master at Nokia in Irving TX, and the Director of Field Engineering at Highlander Engineering in Lakeland Florida. Joe has written two articles on networking protocols: RMON revs up for visibility in crucial links and IPv6 adds reliability features to Net, which were published in the Electronic Engineering Times.
Joe received his engineering undergraduate degree in Engineering Technology from the University of South Florida, in Tampa Florida, and his MBA from the prestigious Cox School of Business, Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
