Biography

Senior Business Consultant at PerfectView and assigned to strengthening the position of the PerfectView CRM solution mainly for the Government market.

In this position I have a key role in all aspects of consulting project(s) including business analysis, prototyping and integration architecture. Together with the toplevel-managers and near colleagues we coordinate the strategic and tactical steps PerfectView takes within the government and other markets. My responsibilities will reach from supporting sales, productmanagement & projectmanagement. I am looking foreward to implement Scrum in this vertical & make the company and their clients Agile & Lean.

Next to these I have the substantive responsibility to optimize the offers offers for winning the bid and create innovative solutions with a clear focus.
My ambition is to make an organization like PerfectView visible within the designated market areas and keep it that way by optimizing the internal operational organization, developing a clear strategy with the right man at the right place and ensure that from those two instruments create successes on a short and medium term. Hereby I use an absolute hands-on mentality.

I also support entrepreneurs and the self employed in establishing a basic commercial strategy in their business plan. As member of the board of the FAST foundation, we try with the other board members to ensure the successes and provide a platform for future candidates. I see a huge possibility for working in the Scrum way to setup new projects and bring them to succesfull ends or (dis-)proven the businesscase.

Various projects for internal solution development and external client projects. All listed projects are full-time. September 2010 - February 2011 - Advisor / coach for Scrum for internal organization. Creating plan for introducing scrum in the organization. February 2011 - May 2011 - Scrum ProductOwner - Upgrading solution from Dynamics CRM4.0 to Dynamics CRM2011 June 2011 - June 2012 - Scrum ProductOwner - Extending client solution with additional functionality. This includes redesign of screens, functional behaviour, etc. July 2012 - June 2013 - Scrum ProductOwner - Upgrading en re-implementing CRM platform for client. June 2013 - present - ScrumMaster - Fase 2 implementation of new functionality with a complex set of components. Included in the project are numerous connections with backoffice solutions and a webportal.
