I was leading a small software development team in Nokia’s Music Service organization. The team had six developers. I was myself acting in a dual role, both as a line manager and as a Scrum Master. My duties included team resourcing, Scrum process maintenance and organizing (e.g. sprint plannings and reviews), removing impediments for the team and active communication with the important stakeholders (like product and design). I was working in a close co-operation with the team, and with the product management (Product Owner), and tried to make sure we maintained sensible and effective ways of working.
